Gaura lindheimeri is a herbaceous perennial plant species that is native to Texas, Louisiana, and Mexico. It has a clump-forming habit and produces slender stems that can grow up to 4 feet (122 cm) tall. The plant has lance-shaped leaves that are green and slightly hairy.
